Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project activities, coordinating with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure all HVAC project milestones and deliverables are met efficiently and within scope.
  • Manage schedules for technicians and installers, prioritizing work orders and dispatching personnel to meet project requirements while optimizing resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including project timelines, material orders, and service reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing project updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support procurement and inventory management, coordinate with suppliers to meet project needs and maintain alignment with budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a project coordination or dispatching role within the commercial mechanical contracting industry, focusing on HVAC and related systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, along with experience in using project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and team coordination.
  • Exceptional time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate documentation, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a stable and local work history, ideally with reputable commercial mechanical contractors in the Phoenix area.
