Corestaff Services is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant to assist a client with different administrative duties for a temporary assignment.
Assignment will go through Dec 31, 2024
Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Provide administrative and logistical support in the planning, coordination and execution of meetings and events.
Assist team members in the reservation of conference rooms, in scheduling videoconferences and conference calls.
Assist in purchase of supplies for the office as required, request for catering, perform routine accounts payable functions such as petty cash requests, Pcard statements/review and conciliation reports.
Assist team members in reporting building maintenance issues and malfunctions of printers located within business area.
Assist team members when required with the formatting of documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
File documentation in ezshare, oneDrive or any other internal electronic filing platform.
When required, Visas processes and Travel authorization requests.
When required, proof reading of documents such as letters, presentations or project reports.
Other administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant or Resource Planning Officer
