We are seeking an experienced and motivated attorney with a portable book of business valued at $500k or more to join our team as an Equity or Non-Equity Partner. This is a significant leadership role where you will be expected to bring in and manage client relationships, generate new business, and contribute to the firm's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Bring and manage a portable book of business valued at $500k or more. Cultivate and expand existing client relationships while developing new client opportunities.
Client Service: Provide top-tier legal counsel to clients across various industries. Act as a trusted advisor and provide strategic legal solutions in complex matters.
Leadership: Take on a leadership role within the Irvine office and firmwide, contributing to the firm's culture, mentoring associates, and helping to shape the strategic direction of the firm.
Practice Area Focus: Engage in high-value legal work across a range of practice areas, including but not limited to litigation, corporate law, and complex transactional matters, depending on the candidate's background.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices and practice areas to provide seamless and comprehensive legal services to clients.
Firm Growth: Play an integral role in the firm's growth by driving business development initiatives, participating in marketing efforts, and representing the firm in various forums.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 10+ years of legal experience with a focus on Business or Commercial Litigation and Transactional
Portable Book: A portable business book valued at $500k or more is required. A demonstrated ability to grow and maintain a book of business is essential.
Law Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Bar Admission: Active membership in the California State Bar or the ability to be admitted to the California Bar.
