As the Lead Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards. This role is based in the Washington D.C. area and does not require travel, offering you the opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects within a close-knit, dynamic team.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial tracking systems.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with the project's goals.
Identify potential risks or delays early on and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that quality control and safety standards are met.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience managing construction projects
Proven experience leading projects with values of $100M+.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
