Summary
We are seeking an energetic Director of Installation to join our team. Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Installation will play a key role in expanding and improving our installation services and design capabilities. This position is crucial for enhancing process efficiencies in quoting, estimating, permitting, and executing of installations. Additionally, the Director of Installation will ensure the consistency of our installation services across all company regions. The ideal candidate will be a technology-driven leader with strong process management and analytical skills.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead a design team to engineer site plans coordinating with in-house or 3rd party mechanical and electrical engineering supporting all divisions of the company
Lead the project estimating team to produce installation quotations accurately, efficiently, and timely supporting both the installation and EV teams
Recommend and assist with the implementation of technology rollouts to ensure that SPATCO leads the industry in our offerings
Work with the Regional Directors and Regional Installation Managers to ensure we have a consistent offering and consistent capabilities across all regions of the company
Work with the National Accounts team to ensure the service organization conducts multi-regional projects efficiently and appropriately
Develop new processes for both field operations and administratively to drive efficiencies within the organization
Utilize KPIs and other analytics to identify areas of weakness or needed improvement to drive profitability
Review project performance with the regional team on lower-performing projects to determine issues in estimating versus performance.
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in installation management, design, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of leading teams and managing projects.
Experience in managing multi-regional operations and ensuring consistency across diverse locations.
Proven experience in project estimating and producing accurate, timely quotations.
Successful track record of implementing new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
Background in working with mechanical and electrical engineering teams and understanding complex site plans and installations.
