Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Washington, DC (5 days a week onsite)

Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 per hour

Position Type: Temporary (Long-Term)

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrative Assistant to support our client in Washington, DC on a long-term temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, format, and edit documents, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project coordination and special assignments as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
