Top ENR Contractor is looking for a skilled Lead Superintendent to join the team and take charge of large commercial construction projects in Phoenix. If you have 10+ years in commercial construction, a track record of managing significant projects, and are comfortable leading teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you. Especially prefer candidates who have worked on mission critical projects including data centers and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead major commercial projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.
Coordinate closely with QA and Safety teams, reporting to the Senior Superintendent.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 10 years as a Superintendent in commercial construction, ideally with stable tenure in the industry. MUST have led large ground up commercial projects from start to finish. 25 years of overall industry experience.
Skills: Procore, P6 for scheduling, and Bluebeam for estimating (preferred but not required).
Education: Degree preferred but not mandatory.
