Job Title: Executive Assistant

Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire

Compensation Range: $32-35/hr W2

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support an SVP in a high-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual with 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage a variety of tasks, including coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, handling travel arrangements, preparing materials, managing expenses, and building relationships with key stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage the SVP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, ensuring the SVP is fully briefed in advance
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Process expense reports and track budgets
  • Act as a point of contact between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders
  • Build relationships with other senior leaders and their assistants to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, file management, and office coordination
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment

Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level executives
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
