We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic organization in Greensboro, NC. This is a contract-to-hire role, working onsite, 5 days a week.
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and reception support to ensure smooth operations within the corporate office. This role offers assistance to various departments and supports all levels of staff, contributing to an efficient and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests, determining the purpose of their visit and directing them to the appropriate area or personnel.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the correct team members, take messages, and schedule appointments as needed.
Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring items are properly distributed within the office.
Perform general office duties, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office role.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on positive engagement.
Familiarity with administrative processes, office procedures, and document management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
