Seeking 2 staff members to support with the Central Florida Auto Show, November 14th -17th.
This position demands a proactive, positive individual who is adept at customer interaction. Ideal candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of the event to effectively address inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the event.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with information about the registration process
Answer exhibitor questions utilizing an iPad
Register participants and sell tickets utilizing an iPad
Perform timely and accurate ticketing transactions, ensuring customers receive the corresponding tickets based on their purchases
Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process for participants
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a friendly, energetic & outgoing. Looking for someone who is well-equipped to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment, and be on their feet all day. Customer service experience preferred.
Hours of the event:
Thursday: 12:00pm-7:00pm EST
Friday: 11:00am-7:00pm EST
Saturday: 9:00am-7:00pm EST
Sunday: 9:00am-6:00pm EST
