Essential Duties (Unofficial)
- Oversee and manage the monthly closing process.
- Handle AP/AR functions.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Provide support during external audits.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Working Hours, Working styleMonday - Friday; 9:00 - 18:00
Flexible work hours might be applicable
Woking LocationLos Angeles, CA
2 days in the office, 3 days WFM (Subject to change)
Salary/Benefit$68K - 85K DOE

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written).
