The Ford Agency is working with an education-focused association based in DC to find an experienced Executive Assistant for their COO. The successful candidate will have experience supporting C-Suite and Director-level staff in a professional environment, be organized, and thrive working at a fast-pace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to bring their finely-honed logistics and support skills to a growing, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage COO's calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Act as gatekeeper for COO and field all requests and correspondence
  • Coordinate all meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Serve as administrative liaison to Board members
  • Work across departments to facilitate COO's goals

Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of C-Suite and Board level executive support experience
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive nature and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to act with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
