Responsibilities:
Assign and allocate orders within database system
Maintain and organize record and filing system(s) to facilitate access and retrieval
Engage in data entry (entering request and orders)
Assist with shipping and receiving of customer orders (including processing Bill of Lading and attending customer pick-up window)
Assist with inventory and tag preparation
Monitor and track status of sales orders
Organize/maintain correspondence, files, and records
Provide updates regarding order status (hot orders and back orders)
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience/Education:
2-year degree preferred
2+ years previous administrative or clerical experience
Excellent verbal/written communication and phone skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related computer applications
Strong typing and data entry skills
Familiarity with operations of general office equipment to include printers, copiers, faxes, scanners, etc.
Proven organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
Cooperatively works and interacts with members of various departments
