The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Managing Director as well as office administrative support to the team as needed. This fast paced role requires the ability to multitask, organize, handle busy schedules, and seamlessly coordinate domestic as well as some international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a global sensitivity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
Administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating domestic and some international travel arrangements, hotel reservations, booking corporate cars and dining arrangements
Meeting coordination including booking conference rooms, organizing catering services and audiovisual needs, printing meeting materials and requesting security passes as well as set up and break down as needed
Event planning and execution for internal events such as team lunches and happy hours as well as external events
Perform research and other administrative tasks as needed
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5-15 years' experience
