Prestigious boutique private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
Responsibilities:
Management of complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and oversee meeting arrangements.
Coordinate travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
Provide support to senior team members i.e. book travel, make appointments, ensure continuity across business and personal calendars.
Partner with other admin to support day to day office management including office organization, correspondence with office service providers, meeting set-up, supply purchases, greeting guests etc.
Light personal assistant duties.
Partner with admin staff to plan and execute firm events both in office and external.
Review office spending and reconcile monthly Amex statements.
Manage access card distribution and parking access.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
