The Ford Agency has partnered with luxury commercial real estate group in downtown DC to find a temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant. The Assistant will provide all-around support to the management team in fast-paced environment. Great opportunity for a candidate with strong organizational, logistical support, and customer service skills able to start ASAP!
Responsibilities include:
Organize and track paper and electronic lease documents, contracts, and certificates of insurance
Process invoices
Schedule and manage conference room use
Oversee the daily needs of the office to include: ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, managing kitchen supplies, serving as back-up to the receptionist
Qualifications include:
Previous administrative support experience
Intermediate proficiency with MSWord, Excel, Outlook
Excellent organizational, technical, and customer service skills
Background in luxury retail and customer services is a plus
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
