Senior Financial Analyst
SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $125,000/year
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with revenue development, monthly trend analysis, forecasting, contract bid support and other financial modeling and analysis
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Price structure development and analysis
Financial analysis to support on-going operations including monthly revenue and cost trend analysis
Assist in monthly analysis of tonnage activity for multiple operating divisions
Support pro forma analysis for new capital investment projects, expansions and acquisitions
Participate in preparation of annual and five-year forecasts
Support new business opportunities, including RFPs, with pro forma investment, income statement, EBITDA and cash flow analysis
Other tasks and special projects as directed by manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
General understanding of GAAP
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills with expertise in Excel
Attention to detail, good organization and communication skills
Ambition and initiative to understand operations and identify key metrics to measure financial performance
Team player, willing to assist with special projects and able to work well with others
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL:
Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours or more per day
Manual dexterity and vision sufficient to operate a personal computer for long periods of time without experiencing abnormal hand, wrist or eye strain.
Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
Must have ability to operate computer.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work area is primarily in an office setting and may have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
