Compensation: $85K-100K base salary plus bonuses and benefits

Responsibilities
Oversee the development and monitoring of client's financial plans to help each client achieve their unique goals
Work closely with clients to obtain their financial data, keep it up to date and run scenarios in the planning software
Assist in providing peace of mind across all aspects of client's retirement and distribution planning including: maximizing tax efficiencies, managing investments, insurance, and estate planning, incorporating social security analysis and Roth conversion strategies
Qualifications
2+ years of financial planning experience with the ability to assess client financial situations and analyze portfolios to develop and implement comprehensive plans aligned with client goals
Strong client-centered communication skills and a desire to participate and meet directly with clients
Initiative and follow through as you gather key financial information from clients
Willingness to learn the firm's approach to comprehensive planning and an appreciation for the value that a complete plan provides
Attention to detail to ensure all information is entered correctly into each plan
Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses (can be obtained once hired)
Series 6 or 7 and 63 (or obtained within 6 months of start date)
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and/or related field along with the CPA, CFA, or CFP designation
