Role Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst (non-banking industry) will report to the CFO and be responsible for supporting the Americas and APAC management teams over multiple sites with a focus on commissions and revenue reporting. Oversee and manage the financial analysis process. Competent in Power BI, SQL, Access database and Microsoft D365. This role is responsible for extracting, managing, and maintaining financial data.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain commission plans for commercial teams based on parameters provided.
  • Manage the revenue reporting and revenue forecasting processes to ensure timely delivery of information.
  • Oversee deferred revenue and gross margin tracking reporting.
  • Track sales discounts and manage annual discount review process.
  • Access database management - merging data from various sources.
  • Develop/design/amend database schema and/or queries to properly align reporting based on annual sales territory definitions
  • Build Power BI reports based on the needs of management.
  • Participate in global projects related to data analytics.
  • Support Microsoft D-365 users.
  • Manage Bundle revenue allocation for select instrumentation.

Qualifications and Training:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Supervisory and management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficient with data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • Competent in Access database management
  • Proficient in Power BI and SQL
  • Experienced with Microsoft D365 ERP system.
  • 3 years of experience in financial and data analysis.
