Looking to hire a Credentialing & Financial Manager immediately at the Vascular & Vein Institute of the South's Germantown office. Responsible for ensuring providers are credentialed, appointed, and privileged with health plans, hospitals, and patient care facilities. Maintain up-to-date data for each provider in credentialing databases and online systems; ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications. We are seeking a savvy, strong-minded individual with excellent people and administrative skills. Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants MUST have a valid driver's license and access to an operating vehicle.
MUST be willing to travel throughout the week to our various locations (Germantown, Millington, Oxford, Senatobia, Southaven, and West Memphis).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compiles and maintains current and accurate data for all providers.
Completes provider credentialing and recredentialing applications; monitors applications and follows-up as needed.
Maintains copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers.
Maintains corporate provider contract files.
Maintains knowledge of current health plan and agency requirements for credentialing providers.
Sets up and maintains provider information in online credentialing databases and system.
Tracks license and certification expirations for all providers to ensure timely renewals.
Ensures practice addresses are current with health plans, agencies, and other entities.
Audits health plan directories for current and accurate provider information.
Tracks patient deductibles for upcoming surgeries and communicates with key staff to ensure necessary collections are made.
Prepare and present reports as needed
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process.
Experience: Two years of relevant credentialing experience
Minimum high school diploma
Associates in relevant degree preferred
Intermediate level Excel skills
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) to effectively interface with internal and external team members
Ability to analyze data with creativity and innovation in mind
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
Ability to multitask and manage work accordingly with minimal supervision
