We are on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to join our client's growing team based in Little Rock, Arkansas at their brand new facility. In this role, you will have blended responsibilities across accounting, finance, and analytics. You will be a key player in the company's operations team, performing various financial analysis related to operational performance, supporting the management team in controlling expenditures, analyzing costs, and developing business plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.
The salary range will be $75,000 - $80,000 DOE with the opportunity to have a major impact on the organization as a whole in this critical stage!

Responsibilities: • Scrutinize both direct and indirect costs associated with operations and inventory levels to maximize inventory efficiency. • Assess key performance indicators to promptly detect opportunities and risks. • Aid the operations management team in managing expenses and elucidating budget discrepancies. • Contribute to the creation of business strategies regarding the procurement of production equipment, capital expenditure monitoring, and budget discrepancy explanations. • Provide assistance in the completion process of month-end and year-end procedures. • Engage in the budgeting process, aiding directors/managers in crafting their individual budgets. • Examine discrepancies relating to standard cost and process variance allocation throughout month-end close. • Function as the primary contact for on-site employees concerning payroll and directly interact with the Payroll Team. • Be responsible for the accounting of government incentives and leading the annual inventory count for the site. • Participate in the implementation of SAP for the plant. • Assure the enforcement of the company's internal controls and recommend enhancements as necessary.
Requirements of the Role: • Holds expertise in analyzing financial statements and conducting financial analysis • Demonstrates a solid understanding of month-end close processes, cost analysis, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics • Capable of analyzing variance in financial data and conducting cost variance analysis • 3+ years experience in finance and accounting in a manufacturing industry
