This position will play a crucial role in the day-to-day functions of both the Marketing and
Creative Departments with a dual reporting into the Director of Product Marketing and
Creative Services. This newly created role is a great opportunity to get hands-on
experience in all aspects of marketing and creative.
Roles/Responsibilities: • Execution and briefing of all marketing channels such as: email, text, paid media,
online (homepage), influencer, social media, partnership, loyalty and public relations • Strategize and manage email and text sends to customer lists in platforms • Oversee influencer partner contract process from pitching to negotiating, executing
and renewal • Manage offshore photo retouching agency by giving proper deadlines and direction on
retouching notes with ability to capture Creative Director's vision • Mid- level photoshop skills to support photo retouching as needed • Work closely with cross functional teams to understand shifts in calendar and
strategies based on inventory or business performance and adjust accordingly • Participate in biweekly Creative Review Meetings to document notes and approvals on
brand assets and make updates in Assembla • Work with third party agencies to understand testing strategies, asset requests and
apply to creative briefs promptly • Support all Brand Marketing efforts such as maintaining the homepage calendar,
coordinating social media collabs and giveaways, inputting influencer merchandise
orders & deliveries, attending PR meetings and assisting in editorial content/products
and tracking, aiding in the development of celebrity partnerships and material
coordination, tracking program data and loyalty platform equivalents, and much more • Develop an understanding of data and digital marketing performance to continue to
build upon marketing strategies across all channels • Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy • Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
and projects at a time, ensuring timely delivery of strategy and action points
Skills and Qualifications: • Must have an agile, "can-do" attitude and be willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in
as needed • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in women's apparel, footwear or
related industry
Broad product and brand knowledge within Fashion and apparel industry preferred • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding project management skills • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media
marketing • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred • Proficiency in photoshop for retouching • Working knowledge of loyalty, influencer, and social media platforms preferred
