The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth of our self-storage business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
Identify market opportunities and design digital marketing strategies to enhance market share and drive revenue growth.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Develop and execute overall lead generation and digital promotional marketing strategy to drive conversions. Including SEO, SEM, Social, and Affiliate Marketing.
Produce extensive reporting on all marketing channels performance to measure effectiveness and find opportunities to diversify channels.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identify and positioning in the market.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Monitor expenses and evaluate the ROI of marketing activities.
Manage additional projects that advance the Marketing department's strategic goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Five (5)+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in marketing.
Proven expertise in digital media, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM strategies.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Power BI.
