Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Meeting & Event Support
Act as the first point of contact for meeting organizers and guests, verifying room requirements and setting up spaces to meet client expectations for lighting, AV, and other needs.
Maintaining a Pristine Environment
Regularly tour office floors to keep spaces inviting and well-organized, promptly reporting and coordinating maintenance needs.
Supporting Flexible Workspaces
Assist visitors with workspace reservations, verify room occupancy, and ensure meeting spaces are fully utilized. Help reinforce our flexible, mobile work culture by optimizing available spaces.
Room Monitoring & Preparation
Track and adjust meeting room schedules based on attendance and reservations, resetting rooms as needed between meetings and ensuring supplies are ready.
Documenting Customer Insights
Capture interactions and feedback to enhance our understanding of client needs, helping to improve the overall guest experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: 2-3 years in hospitality, event coordination, or similar fields.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and audio/visual equipment.
Professionalism: A polished, approachable demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Adaptability: Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
