As the Document Scanning Technician, you will play a critical role in digitizing and organizing documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and accurately maintained. The Document Scanning Technician will effeiciently operate high-quality scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital format by organizing, sorting, and preparing documents for scanning, ensuring they are handled with care. The DST will follow quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of scanned documents while maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the scanning process. This role will also be responsible for troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on scanning equipment and keeping the equipment clean at all times.
Qualifications: High School diploma (Additional education or training in document management is a plus). Prior experience operating document scanning equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
