GSM Virtual Assistants is seeking to add a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Director and team of a Private Equity firm. This will be a hire directly with the firm. Previous experience in supporting C-suites and senior executives and managing complex calendars is mandatory.
Must be located in New York City area.
Hybrid Position - 3 days in Midtown Manhattan required / 2 days remote
What You'll Do:
Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/external meetings and conference calls
Maintain an extremely detailed calendar and related logistics
Interact with senior-level investors in a professional and effective manner
Respond and follow up on client requests
Coordinate a high volume of domestic and international travel
Process expense reports
Perform other tasks, including but not limited to, preparing correspondence and other communications, file organization, research, archiving
Maintain an understanding of firm policies
Cross-team collaboration
