Midtown
Hybrid: 4:1, with flexibly to come onsite 5 days as needed
Hours: 8:30 - 5:30pm
Compensation DOE: $100 - 115k base + OT + disc. Bonus
Responsibilities:
Managing complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook
Arranging global and domestic travel
Tracking and submitting expense reports
Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience out of Financial Services
Bachelor's Degree required
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly
Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities
