This international industry leader has an immediate 9+ Month contract opportunity for an Adoption and User Experience Developer. Can work fully remote from anywhere in the United States, working in US Central Time hours. This role requires strong communication skills, Analytical Skills, Problem-solving skills, project management skills, and an attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience
User Experience and UX measurement
Work with Agile framework to manage work.
Generative AI, AI engineering is a plus.
Data Warehousing Concepts:
Understanding of data warehousing principles and architecture.
Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema)
Database Management:
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems .
Experience with data warehousing tools and platforms.
ETL Tools:
Experience with ETL tools.
Ability to design, develop, and manage ETL workflows.
Reporting Tools:
Proficiency in reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI).
Ability to design and develop dashboards and reports.
Scripting and Programming Languages:
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python)
Understanding of programming languages can be a plus.
APIs and Data Integration:
Experience with API development and integration.
Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.
What You Will Be Doing
Review and understand current IT user experience (UX) measurements, reporting and proposed framework.
Gather and perform analysis current status of reporting backend and translate to technical terms.
Engage and work with Data Warehouse (DWH) team to develop and industrialize the solution for all the UX touchpoints data.
Produce technical documentation for all the phases of the project and maintain technical documentation.
Work across teams to support and coach backend and frontend design of UX touchpoints and development of deployment approach and framework.
Design Troubleshoot reporting backend and frontend.
