We seek an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and manage HVAC service operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. The HVAC Service Manager will oversee a team of technicians and ensure the successful delivery of maintenance, repair, and installation services. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of HVAC service teams, ensuring high-quality maintenance, repairs, and installations are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee and mentor a skilled team of HVAC technicians, fostering professional growth and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Ensure all HVAC services comply with local codes, industry standards, and best practices, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business growth, optimize service operations, and manage budgets, resources, and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
Key Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in HVAC with a strong background in leading service teams and overseeing commercial HVAC operations.
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation.
Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.
Ideal candidates will have a solid, local, and stable work history in the Honolulu area or similar market, demonstrating a solid commitment to the industry and region.
Relevant HVAC certifications, including NATE, EPA 608, and any additional leadership or technical certifications, are highly preferred.
