Just Construction Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist electrical contractor, this role will be based on commercial projects within Dallas-Fort Worth.
The suitable candidate must have prior experience as a PM on commercial electrical projects ranging between $2m - $10m.
Our client is looking for candidates either local to DFW, or open to re-location from another area/ state.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Review project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts.
Ensure client relationship is properly managed.
Electrical Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems and requirements specific to various commercial buildings, such as power distribution, emergency backup systems, lighting, and communication networks.
Adhere to industry-specific standards and regulations.
Collaborate with staff to ensure that electrical systems meet their unique needs and requirements.
Subcontractor Management:
Select, manage, and coordinate the work of electrical subcontractors.
Ensure subcontractors adhere to project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that electrical work meets project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Safety Management:
Develop and implement safety plans for electrical work in medical facilities.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
Package:
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
Re-location assistance provided for people out of state or area.

Qualifications/ requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial electrical project management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
