JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an IT Product Manager with Life Sciences experience, you will play a pivotal role in collaboration with Omnichannel and Marketing team members to gather their vision, strategy, and roadmap for their brand's digital products and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure the suc-cessful delivery of new IT solutions, ongoing enhancement of our IT solutions and providing pro-duction support services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to drive the devel-opment of IT solutions that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with Omnichannel and Marketing team members to gather their vi-sion, strategy, and roadmap for their brand's digital products and initiatives.
Develop detailed product roadmaps and timelines coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet key milestones.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features, ensur-ing alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakehold-ers, providing clear direction and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it contains features and enhancements that drive value and align with customer needs.
Lead Agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of product features and continuous improvements based on user feedback.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers/agencies to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences that meet customer expectations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product development teams, promoting best practices and collaboration.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into un-derstandable language.
Qualifications:
Proven minimum if 3 years experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, MarTech sys-tems and data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in defining product requirements and working with development teams to bring products to market.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or similar).
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Ability to manage multiple feature delivery simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
