Title: Dispute Resolution Specialist
Location: O'Fallon, Missouri
Duration: 4 Months Contract
DUTIES:
Review and rule on chargeback arbitration cases related to cardholder disputes, fraud, technical details and questionable merchant activities.
Reading and reviewing documentation, guides, Rules/Standards, communication through final Ruling Text/write up
Assist with general customer inquiries and resolve minor issues as needed.
Collaboration with the Dispute Resolution team and a strong focus on customer needs are essential, along with a background in chargebacks or fraud investigations.
Candidates should possess a keen understanding of fraud, transaction processing or chargebacks, making this role crucial in maintaining the integrity of the payment's ecosystem.
