Business Analyst (ERP Implementation & Training Coordinator)

Project Overview
Eli Lilly and Company is embarking on a strategic ERP implementation to support its Manufacturing and Quality (M&Q) division, which ensures the safe and efficient production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and parenteral devices. This project involves implementing Oracle Unifier Accelerator, a robust Project Management Information System (PMIS), to optimize project management processes within Lilly's Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) group.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in ERP implementation, project controls, and training coordination to play a key role in Lilly's Oracle Unifier Accelerator deployment. This person will oversee the design, configuration, testing, and support of the Oracle ERP system, while also coordinating and conducting training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Work directly with the Lilly UA Program Manager to support all phases of the Oracle Unifier Accelerator deployment, including proposal, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Training & Instructional Design: Leverage Oracle's provided materials to design custom training modules and curriculum tailored to GFD's workflows. Responsibilities include developing end-user training for groups, creating train-the-trainer (3T) modules, work instructions, and job aids, and facilitating onboarding sessions for new employees.
Organizational Change Management (OCM): Assist in driving effective change management strategies to support user adoption, including maintaining a library of best practices, facilitating information flow, and supporting the broader organizational change efforts.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Training Coordinator with ERP implementation projects, ideally with Oracle Unifier or similar SaaS platforms.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
Training & Development: Background in instructional design, with experience creating and delivering training programs for groups up to 12.
ERP & SaaS Expertise: Hands-on experience in ERP or project controls systems within a consulting, implementation, or support role.
Communication & OCM Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to support change management initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
Additional Information
Travel Requirement: One visit per month to Indianapolis for approximately 4 days; additional travel as needed.
Working Hours: Ideally available during EST hours, with flexibility for the right candidate.
Start Date: Starting with 1 Business Analyst and 1 Trainer; additional resources will be onboarded as needed.
