Fluctuating hours, including 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, and 10am - 7pm. All shifts include a 1-hour lunch break.

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service. In this role, you will interact with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations and resolve any issues that arise. Your goal will be to support our customers with professional and timely service while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assist Customers and Business Partners: Handle inbound calls and emails to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and resolve concerns in a calm, professional manner.
Monitor Deliveries: Track the progress of delivery routes and ensure timely service.
Scan and Verify: Verify haul-away pod stamps and scan deliveries for accuracy.
Order Management: Process delivery order changes or cancellations as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of related experience (preferably in a call center environment).
Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask effectively with excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to thrive under pressure and handle challenging situations while maintaining high service standards.
