You'll Make An Impact By:
Leading the development of new tools for site merchandising teams to create site content aligned with strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.
Developing tech-enabled workflows and integrating them across multiple business functions (e.g., Site Strategy, Merchants, Creative, Copy) to facilitate content generation and execution.
Understanding the tech strategy and linking key workstreams (site tools, personalization engine, front-end experience) to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Partnering with UX to create user-friendly tools, capturing business requirements, and managing enhancement requests.
Collaborating with product and analytics to establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting that measure operational efficiencies and customer outcomes.
Reducing operational overhead by shifting from manual inputs to human-in-the-loop auditing of automated processes.
Implementing change management strategies and training plans for cross-functional adoption.
Identifying key business issues, clearly communicating findings to senior leadership, and advocating for necessary changes.
Creating strategic plans and aligning departmental resources to meet targets.
Developing strategies to attract and retain a skilled and engaged workforce by addressing capability gaps and supporting talent development.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Program Operations, or a related area, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer science, Program management, Business, or a related field.
