Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG Pro Workforce Management.
Manage the UKG environment, including configuring pay, attendance, and leave rules, and coordinating integrations with payroll and analytics systems.
Configure and maintain business structures, data views, timekeeping, user access, basic scheduling, absence management, and accruals.
Troubleshoot technical issues, including time clocks and configurations, ensuring effective resolution.
Create reports and data views to enhance business productivity and decision-making.
Collaborate with HR/Business teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement new functionalities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it supports standards and procedures.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth operation and adoption of the system.
Act as the primary point of contact between HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operational teams, as well as UKG support.
Participate in the strategic roadmap for global implementations, assessing future impacts and changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent work experience accepted).
3+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions or related systems.
Strong knowledge of UKG features, including Labor Categories, Attendance/Leave Policies, Shift Premiums, and Assignment Profiles.
Proficiency in clock configurations, advanced scheduling concepts, and integration with other HRIS or business applications.
Experience with UKG Payroll & Benefits is a plus.
Understanding of ERP and SaaS platforms, system implementations, and IT dependencies.
Familiarity with HR policies and industry best practices to support system configurations and business needs.
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail skills.

Manage and maintain the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, focusing on optimizing business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and ensure system reliability.

Team Size/Dynamics: 7-person team; collaborating with HR teams in Milwaukee and Nashville.
