In full growth mode, we have just launched a search for an Advertising and Analytics Manager to join our team at corporate headquarters in Garden City, Long Island.
The Advertising and Analytics Manager plays a key role in the Corporate Marketing Department leading overall Advertising and Analytics for The Halal Guys, an international leading restaurant chain in the high growth Fast Casual American Halal Segment.The key responsibilities of this role are to manage advertising and social media efforts, while also providing thorough analysis of all Corporate marketing and advertising efforts. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities
Advertising and Social Media Management • Execute, manage, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube), Influencer, Search Engine Advertising (Google, Bing), Display, Web, In-App and others. • Oversee the management of digital marketing channels on a day-to-day basis. • Utilize advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms to optimize campaign performance. • Execute, manage and oversee traditional advertising efforts including direct mail, out of home, print, etc. • Plan social media calendars and publish content using preferred social tools and platforms. • Create innovative and exciting copy designed to grow engagement while supporting social campaigns across all digital channels. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for new marketing campaigns, tests, channel launches, and customer acquisition and lifecycle analyses. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and social media.
Analytics • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights on marketing performance, customer behavior, market trends, and cross-channel spend optimization. • Track, compile, and report on campaign metrics using relevant tools and platforms. • Develop, maintain, and present marketing dashboards and weekly/monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. • Regularly communicate marketing analytics and findings, providing clear and concise insights to inform strategic decision-making. • Optimize digital marketing performance. • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to enhance campaign strategies. • Drive growth through A/B testing (copy, creative, landing pages, and the like). • Stay updated on current digital marketing trends and apply this knowledge to refine campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both traditional and digital advertising strategies, social media, strong analytical background, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. You will play a critical role in managing advertising efforts, analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts and support our growth objectives. • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years of digital and traditional advertising experience and analytics with a brand or agency • Deep understanding of digital marketing landscape • Prior experience in influencer and social media strategy • Proficiency in SproutSocial or social media management tools • Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc. • Experience in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.) • Expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, etc. • Deep knowledge of measurement methodologies for online and offline marketing channels. • High technical aptitude and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and attention to detail. • Excellent multi-tasking, time, and project management skills, with the ability to plan and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong inter-personal skills and team player • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
