The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial operations through analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role involves tracking and interpreting financial performance, providing actionable insights to management, and assisting with financial planning and decision-making across the organization.
Specific Duties:
Analyze and report on financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide financial counsel.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to help management evaluate alternatives and assess the impact of key decisions.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and conduct analysis for special projects as needed.
Preferred Experience and Background:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or financial analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
