We are seeking a professional civil engineer to join the Tacoma office with project management expertise. You will work on a variety of projects, such as apartment buildings, commercial and mixed-use developments, industrial warehouse developments, and single- and multi-family residential subdivisions.

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for:
Oversee and guide engineering personnel
Direct projects and communicate directly with jurisdictions and clients
Manage the entire civil engineering project lifecycle, including project planning, design, and execution
Head all engineering operations, which include scheduling, budgeting, and collaborating with other fields
Supervise all engineering operations such as planning, allocating funds, and working with other disciplines
The Civil Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or similar
10 or more years of experience designing civil sites, utilities, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, and preventing erosion and sedimentation in parts of Western Washington
3 or more years in a civil consulting capacity with a steadily increasing pattern of responsibility, which included managing client relationships and staff mentoring
Solid track record of managing projects, including creating and overseeing budgets and timelines, for site development initiatives
Hands-on experience using Civil 3D to create construction documents
Hands-on experience with storm water modeling using MGS Flood, WWHM, and other software
Must be authorized to work in the United States
