REMOTE Loan Officer Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans, managing the loan process from initial application to closing, and generating self-sourced leads to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in the mortgage loan application process
Evaluate borrowers' creditworthiness and financial profiles
Manage loan applications from submission to closing
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
Generate self-sourced leads through networking and marketing efforts
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process
Stay updated on mortgage industry trends and regulations
Qualifications
Must possess a valid NMLS license
Proven experience in mortgage lending
Ability to generate self-sourced leads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with mortgage software and tools
