The Customer Service Representative is responsible providing customer support, handling incoming orders, verifying customer purchase order accuracy, confirming purchase orders with customers, resolve discrepancies, and providing technical support. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Must haves:
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. These soft skills were highlighted by the HM as the most important to this role above the technical skills. They put a lot of time into training, but these are the skills that are not taught.
SAP software experience. They will be documenting, looking up account numbers, looking up warehouse locations, tracking orders, entering orders, checking on product availability all in SAP! Then they will also be documenting all in Salesforce.
Checking for pricing accuracy, issuing returns, and ordering replacements.
Proven track record of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Candidates must be professional in both their verbal and written communication.
