Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Planning Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting data collection and management activities that contribute to business analysis and operational efficiency. This role involves both office-based data handling and occasional collaboration with field teams to ensure data accuracy and availability for organizational analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a focus on detail, accountability, and teamwork.
Essential Job Duties:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet data accuracy and availability needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain) and vendors to support data collection and validation.
Lead meetings with field operations teams and validate data from field-submitted requests.
Prioritize and manage tasks across multiple workgroups.
Utilize and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) through reporting tools to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum High School diploma or G.E.D.
Experience:
Working knowledge of SAP and SQL.
Basic to intermediate skills in Excel and data analysis.
Preferred experience within the oil and gas industry.
Understanding of data reporting tools, such as Power BI, and familiarity with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, or SQL Server Management Studio).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
