As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for delivering technology solutions and leveraging strong technical experience for key Salesforce.com initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce.com solution and for recommending best practice solution designs based on business needs
Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality
Contribute significantly to thought leadership across the platform including ideation and design of new accelerators
Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance, coaching and mentoring to developers and other junior staff

5 years of Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification preferred.
Solid experience with building Lighting Web Components, Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce Lightning Aura Components and writing SOQL queries.
Ability to build batch apex, schedulable apex, queueable apex.
Ability to build REST / SOAP webservices and consume REST/ SOAP APIs
In-depth knowledge of the basic capabilities of the Salesforce platform and products (especially Sales Cloud), including an understanding of the data model, integration capabilities, development and maintenance best practices, as well as the pros and cons of the available tools and frameworks.
Must be familiar with one trigger framework, error logging framework, test data factory.
Ability to optimize code to avoid exceeding governor limits, improve performance, eliminate time out errors and bulkification.
Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, web services, JAVA, CSS, HTML, Lightning Web Components is required
Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred
Experience with Salesforce Cloud platforms - Service, Sales, Marketing and App Exchange Products is a plus but not required.
Experience with Agile Management tools (e.g., Teams) and working in AGILE delivery model.
