Job Description:
Title Salesforce Tech leadLocation: Juno Beach , FLTechnical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, and security settings.
- Experience with Salesforce integration methods and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX and Jenkins.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Customization:
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including workflows, process builders, custom objects, and fields.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Salesforce platform.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design scalable and robust solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all custom development and configurations.
Integration:
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data consistency and reliability.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit testing and coordinate with the QA team to facilitate system and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure the code is reviewed, optimized, and adheres to best practices and coding standards.
Maintenance & Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Quickly identify and resolve system issues to maintain business continuity.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to ensure the platform is up-to-date.
