About The Role
They are currently seeking a Healthcare Superintendent in Charlotte, NC to work on a number of medical office ground-up projects typically ranging between $12mil - $30mil.
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and safety. Some of the key duties include.
Collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet all necessary requirements.
Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines. Updating drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks as required.
Rewards And Benefits
My client are looking to pay between $125,000 - $155,000 per annum depending on experience.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor
Experience running at least 2 of your own ground-up medical office project
Presentable and able to deal to deal with difficult clients in a respectful manner
