Mode of work: Hybrid(3 days in office)

Job Description:
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities and Force.com at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • Implementation experience with Apex Language, Classes, Controllers & Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Custom objects, object relations, Heroku, JavaScript, Process Builders/Flows, Workflows, and Validations rules.
  • Engage in custom user interface development, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.
  • Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, WSDL and CSS.
  • Experience with SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events. and work independently when required.
  • Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Integrate and maintain business applications within Salesforce, such as Salesforce integration with Marketing Cloud, Telephony , AWS, other cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs for seamless integration with other organizational systems.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and create/maintain test classes for all custom development.
  • Take ownership of release cycles, implementing and deploying new/updates to existing applications and code.
  • Understanding of Salesforce1 Mobile
  • Salesforce for Outlook email functionality
  • Collaborate with Developers for other systems to ensure seamless integration across the business
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration and communication with business stakeholders and other members of the Salesforce team.
  • Experience working with sandbox and multi-org production environments to manage the distribution of process changes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions you make have a large impact.
  • Excellent project management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Salesforce Certified Developer credentials.
  • Salesforce Certified Application/System/Technical Architect credentials a plus
