Must have 13+ years of experience • Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions and providing strategic recommendations for optimizing processes and workflows. • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and tools such as Apigee, Dell Boomi, Sterling Integrator, and MuleSoft, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms. • Develop and deploy custom applications, workflows, and automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Process Builder to enhance system functionality and improve user experience. • Support the organization's digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing Salesforce-driven solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and drive data-driven decision-making. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing high-level support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, system configurations, and training materials, and conduct user training sessions to drive adoption and knowledge sharing. • Ensure Salesforce configurations and integrations comply with industry standards and organizational policies for data security, privacy, and compliance.
Qualifications: • Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting, with expertise across Salesforce's core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and a strong understanding of Lightning Platform and Salesforce integration options. • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL. Experience with data integration tools (MuleSoft, Apigee, Dell Boomi, Sterling Integrator, Informatica, etc.) and knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. • Strong analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and design scalable, flexible, and secure solutions within Salesforce. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships across departments. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, and/or Application Architect are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills: • Experience with Agile project management and Salesforce DevOps practices • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), Google Looker, Power BI etc. • Background in change management and user adoption strategies in Salesforce implementations
