This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
This position may require travel to Project / client locations. Location is Rosemead, CA or Richardson, TX

Required Qualifications -
7+ years of experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security in the support, maintenance and implementation projects as Role Admin/ User Admin.
Should have good experience in defining business requirements & role build
Should have technical expertise in the areas of SAP ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / HANA / BOBJ / S4HANA on premise/ S4HANA on Rise / Fiori
GRC Access Control support / implementation experience
Ability to work independently without any supervision
Experience in SoD remediation, Process control, Automations will be added advantage
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Two or three industry domain knowledge
Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
Client Interfacing skills
Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
Project and Team management.
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
