The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and inputting data into computer processing systems. The role requires coding and processing source data, maintaining accurate records, and updating reports in SAP. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills to handle both internal and external inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and input data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Code and process source data using pre-established guidelines.
Prepare monthly reports and ensure timely submission.
Update and input data into SAP.
Answer phone calls and provide information or direction to both internal and external contacts.
Maintain paper file records and ensure proper documentation of data.
Provide support by relieving other positions within the business area, as needed.
Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to read, write, and understand both verbal and written instructions.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to grasp and retain instructions.
Ability to work well with others and be a reliable team player.
