Summary:
You will be responsible for guiding our teams through the Scrum framework, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Lead will lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals and requirements
Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles
Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
As a Scrum Lead, you will track and report on key metrics to monitor team performance and project progress
Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment
Ensure alignment with the overall project roadmap and organizational goals
REQUIREMENTS:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
5+ years of experience in a Scrum Lead or Scrum Master role
Proven experience in the media and entertainment industry
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading Scrum teams within the media and entertainment sector
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles
Familiarity with media production workflows and technologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
